Pleistocene fossils of Sambia

On the territory of the Kaliningrad region, including the Sambian Peninsula, Pleistocene fossils are often found. Most of the locations are confined to the north and east of the region. This is the Znamensky district, Gvardeisky district, the vicinity of the Pregol River. Now these findings are actively studied by specialists. Among these fossils there are very interesting materials.
